Need your money back? Here's how to request a refund, what to expect after you ask, and what a refund means for your account.
If you want to stop future charges rather than get money back for a past one, see How to cancel your subscription.
How to request a refund
- Email help@use.ai from the email address on your Use AI account.
- Include the date and amount of the charge.
Our support team takes it from there — for response times and other ways to reach us, see Contacting support.
What happens next
- You'll get a reply in writing, in the same email thread.
- Our team reviews every request — refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
- If a refund is approved, we confirm it in that thread.
- If a confirmed refund hasn't arrived yet, reply in the same thread — that reopens the request and we'll trace it until it's resolved.
Before you dispute a charge with your bank
Email help@use.ai first so we can review the charge with you — it's usually faster. To identify a charge on your statement, start with Understanding your charge.
Subscribed in the iOS app?
Apple bills iOS app subscriptions and handles refunds for those charges. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your access after a refund
- A refunded charge ends the paid access it covered: the subscription is canceled and your account moves to the Free plan.
- Your chats, projects, and files stay in your account, and you can keep chatting on the Free plan — everyday chat with Use AI Instant at limited capacity.
